  • Each summer, the Festival offers a seasonal, paid internship program that allows interns to gain hands-on experience in the music industry and event operations and get a behind-the-scenes look into the making of a music festival.

    Our immersive program includes thoughtfully mentoring and creating roles based on interns’ strengths and interests in departments such as marketing, merchandise, box office management, hospitality, event production, facility operations, and volunteer coordination.

    The Festival at Sandpoint is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, driven, organized, and enthusiastic summer intern(s).

    Interns must be able to commit to a minimum of three full days (9 AM - 5 PM) in the Festival at Sandpoint office and venue in Sandpoint, Idaho. Hours will vary during the Summer Series.

    Summer Intern(s) will be responsible for the basic day-to-day operations of the office, from answering phones, selling concert tickets, and customer service. They will also assist full-time staff with projects and event preparation as needed.

2025 PRODUCTION CREW

  • Looking for fun, fast-paced summer work? Join the Festival at Sandpoint’s Production Crew and get paid while getting hands-on music industry and event production experience.

    Production Crew is responsible for helping to build and take down the venue for the Summer Series at War Memorial Field.

    During the Summer Series, Production Crew may assist with sound, lighting, venue operations, and more.
