ADA & ACCESSIBILITY

  • It is not acceptable to fake or exaggerate a disability to gain access to accommodations. Our ADA services are in place to focus on helping those who legitimately require assistance.

  • We encourage all patrons to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters.

    • The venue is fully navigable for people with mobility disabilities, including accessible pathways connected throughout the venue.

    • Accessible pathways include parking, entrances, grandstands, vendors, and all other activity areas.

    • There will be parking at the front of the venue for attendees with a valid Disabled Person Parking placard, permit, or license plate, as well as the applicable proof that it belongs to them.

    • Parking is first come, first serve. There will be a wheelchair-accessible shuttle from Sandpoint High School to the venue.

    • Only legitimate service dogs that are properly trained and under the proper care of their owners will be allowed in the venue.

    • NO PETS, except for service animals trained for persons with disabilities, will be allowed onto the premises.

    • Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability.

    • No guest shall bring any animal, bird, fowl, fish, reptile, and/or any pet of any kind onto the premises at any time.

    • NO emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals will be allowed onto the premises.

    • These terms are used to describe animals that provide comfort just by being with a person. Because they have not been trained to perform a specific job or task, they do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

    • Service dogs must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered.

    • If these devices interfere with the service dog’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices, the individual must maintain control of the dog through voice, signal, or other effective controls.

    • Service dogs must be housebroken and should use the service dog relief area.

    • Anyone bringing a service dog will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the dog.

    • Any service dog whose actions are threatening the health and safety of other people may be asked to leave.

    • All dogs should have legally required vaccinations.

    • If you require assistance entering the venue, please arrive at the front gate 20 minutes prior to the first gate opening.

    • Upon entry, attendees who need assistance will be asked to wait a certain amount of time before moving away from the reserved seating section.

    • We have reserved the first row of the grandstands for ADA attendees and companions who may need to see above the crowd.

    • Companions may be asked to stand if capacity is reached.

    • Viewing Areas are non-smoking.

    • Attendees are not allowed to save spots.

  • A fully-equipped medical site staffed by trained personnel is located in the venue. Please refer to our venue map for exact locations.

  • Performance may use haze, strobe lights, and visual special effects with the potential to trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy.
